These are anonymous quotes from a few parties about mediating with Karla:

“Even though I didn’t get exactly what I asked for, I am extremely happy with the results. Thank you for helping me reach this settlement. It couldn’t have worked out any better.”

“I firmly believe that mediation, arbitration, litigation, or court would have all ended in the the same result obtained here.  Regardless I am pleased that this is behind us.  Karla did a great job!”

“Karla mediated this settlement very professionally.  Given the circumstances I was very impressed.  Job well done. Thank you”
